Onboarding a new employee

Requesting an onboarding email to be sent to new employee

To onboard a new employee simply complete this form and we will do the rest. Information that you will be required to provide includes:

  • Employees Name
  • Employee's personal email address
  • Position/job title
  • Employment Agreement (if you have it)
  • If you don't have a signed employment agreement, you will need to provide the following details

Next Steps

Once we receive the request to onboard a new employee your bookkeeper will prepare an prepare an invoice for you and will then commence the onboading process.

They will:

  • Send your new employee a secure link requesting personal details, including:
    • Their personal details, including:
      • Confirmation of Name
      • Confirmation of email address
      • Address
      • Phone number
    • Bank Account details
  • They will be required to complete the following documents 
    • A Tax File Number Declaration form
    • A Super Choice form
    • An authority to email payslips
  • They will also receive the following compliance documents:
    • Fair Work Information Statement
    • Casual Employee Information Statement (if a casual employee)
  • Depending on your needs we can also include the following:
    • Acceptance and signing of an employment agreement
    • Acceptance and signing of an position description
    • Acceptance and signing of an employee handbook
    • ID verification
    • The requirement to upload certifications such as RSA's, qualifications, trade certifications
    • Any other documents that you need provided and/or signed

Note: The new employee will not be entered into the payroll system until all of this information is provided. This means that they cannot be paid until all documents are returns
