How does the P&L App work?

If you haven't used the Profit and Loss App before, below is a quick overview

Employment consultants refer their self employed Job Seekers to us to prepare a profit and loss report. A copy of the report is email to both the Job Seeker and yourself.

Step 1 - Job Seeker completes the P&L Request

The Job Seeker (or you, if you are helping them out) need to request a P&L via the App. You can access the App here.

If the Job Seeker  is unable to submit the P&L request themselves, either the Job Seeker or the Employment Consultant can send the details below through to us and we can submit it manually. There is a 50% surcharge for this service. See pricing table below.

The following information needs to be provided:

Personal Details

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • 13 week Reporting period (provided by Employment Consultant)

Business Details

  • ABN
  • Type of Business

Employment Consultant Details

Your details are required so that we can contact you, and also so that we can email you a copy of the report.

Documents

The following documents will need to be emailed through separately

  • Sales invoices
  • Expense Tax Invoices (if applicable)

Step 2 - Payment

Once the P&L Request has been made you will receive an email with a payment request.

Click on the link provided in the email and make the payment using the corporate credit card.

An invoice will be emailed to you immediately and we'll get started on producing the report.

Step 3 - Email invoices

Ensure that the Job Seeker (or you, if you are helping them) email all sales and expense invoices for the reporting period

If you do not have invoices, send through a copy of the Job Seeker's bank statement with all business-related transactions highlighted.

Step 4 - Preparation of the Profit and Loss Report

Once payment has been received one of our Bookkeepers will prepare the Profit and Loss report.

If they have any questions they will contact you directly

Step 5 - Receiving a copy of the report

Once complete, a copy of the report will be email to both the Job Seeker and yourself.

Step 6 - Making Changes

If changes are required after the report has been produced, additional changes will be incurred. See the App for the latest pricing

Assisted Manual entry is required by All Sorted. Phone calls, emails or additional support is required. $425.00 including GST and fees
Complex The Job Seeker operates through a company or trust structure which is generally is more complex and requires additional work. $425.00 including GST and fees
Amendments Multiple changes or significant amendments required to a completed report. Invoiced separately prior to work being completed $100.00 including GST and fees
