How the All Sorted Document Vault Works for Centrelink Participants
Keeping track of business expenses is often the most frustrating part of being a self-employed Participant. Receipts get lost, ink fades, and trying to decipher handwritten notes months later can lead to stressful reporting errors.
Keeping track of business expenses is often the most frustrating part of being a self-employed Participant. Receipts get lost, ink fades, and trying to decipher handwritten notes months later can lead to stressful reporting errors.
The All Sorted Document Vault is designed to completely replace physical receipt storage. It acts as your secure, infinite digital filing cabinet, allowing you to easily capture and store your financial documents so our system can automatically generate your Centrelink SU580 Profit and Loss statements.
How to Add Documents to Your Vault
We have built the Document Vault to capture your financial records exactly how you receive them, whether physical or digital. You can add documents in three ways:
- Snap a Photo (Mobile App): Use the All Sorted mobile app to take photos of physical documents on the go. Our extraction engine is highly advanced and can accurately read unstructured uploads, including crumpled receipts, handwritten notes, and even photos of your car's odometer.
- Direct PDF Upload (Web Portal): If you have bank statements or downloaded invoices, you can upload these PDFs directly into the Document Vault via the online portal.
- Email Forwarding: Every Participant is assigned a unique email alias. When a supplier emails you a digital tax invoice, simply forward that email directly to your unique alias, and the attached invoice will instantly appear in your Document Vault.
What Happens After You Upload?
Once your documents hit the Vault, you don't need to do any manual data entry.
Our system immediately scans your uploads and extracts the critical figures, dates, and supplier information. This data is then securely drafted and categorized to automatically populate your Draft P&L queue. By the time your 3-month reporting period rolls around, your figures are already collated and waiting for you to verify.
World-Class Data Security
Because your Document Vault holds sensitive financial information, it is backed by enterprise-grade security. All raw receipt photos, PDFs, and bank statements are stored in highly secure Google Cloud Storage buckets. Your data is strictly scoped and locked behind your permanent User ID (UID), ensuring that only you and your authorized Consultant can access your financial history.
By utilizing the Document Vault regularly, you ensure your records are pristine, your math is perfectly checked, and your final SU580 report is compliant and ready for Centrelink.
