[Government Requirements](https://knowledge-base.allsorted.au/government-requirements?hsLang=en) # Setting up your myGovID ## myGovID is different to MyGov and you need it to be able to access government services ![mygovid](https://knowledge-base.allsorted.au/hs-fs/hubfs/mygovid.png?width=688&height=215&name=mygovid.png) #### What you need to start To set up myGovID you will need: - A smart device with : - IOS10 or later, or Android 7.0 or later - An email address - It should NOT be a shared email address - Be 13 years, or older #### 3 Easy Set Up Steps 1. Open the myGovID app and follow the prompts 2.
