# Why is my audio not playing on my quiz

## Audio on videos can be blocked by your browser.

Some browser are set to prevent the autoplaying of audio on videos. If this is the case in your browser your quiz will detect this and play a muted version of the video.

However, there is a way to specifically allow your trivia quiz to play audio automatically on your computer.

### How to Allow Autoplay for a Specific Site in Chrome

You can change the permission settings for your specific browser to all audioo from our server to play on your browser (`storage.googleapis.com`).

1. **Open any pages** in Chrome
2. Click on [this link](chrome://settings/content/sound?search=site+) to open site settings for sound
3. In the **Allowed to Play** section click the **Add** button
4. Add this URL - `storage.googleapis.com`
5. Click **Add**

After making this change, Chrome should always allow your videos from Worldwide Trivia to autoplay with the sound enabled on your computer.

**Important Note:** This solution works perfectly on this computer, but if you use another computer it will not work. You will need to make these changes again on the new computer
